Meghan…An ordained minister?
Yes! It is true!! My dear friends, Jenn and Jace are getting married next year, and are stuck with who and where they should get married. You see, Jenn is of the Christian religion and Jace is an Odinist, a kind of Paganism. Sooo, as you all can guess, it’s hard to find someone who could marry them who will not mention neither religion’s God or gods. I was listening to them tell me about this trouble when I thought, “Well, I’ve heard of people becoming ordained quite easily, and I have thought about doing it myself, this would be the perfect time…”
“I could become ordained and marry you guys!” I said.
And they both LOVED the idea! Soooo, Meghan, the cynical, “never-getting-married”, “don’t talk of love with me” almost man-hating gal, is going to be a minister and completely participate in a wedding ceremony…
Man, I love Me sometimes. What an enigma.
I guess, I still believe in Love. Maybe not for me, at least not anytime soon with anyone, but some people find it, and it’s truly difficult to not enjoy seeing. Though, I do wish my girlfriends would shut the fuck up about how great their boyfriends are…
